Blue Mountains Grown Gin

A collaboration between the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah and Grown Spirits

To capture the cool climate of the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, we have again partnered with Garden Grown Gin to create a limited-edition special release that combines botanicals from the World Heritage Area and heros the native eucalypt. 

The gin is a superbly smooth mix of juniper, a little Valencia Orange, Liquorice root, and Angelica for balance. But really, it’s all about the legendary “baby blue” eucalyptus pulverulenta.

The third collaboration with an iconic Australian botanic garden and arguably our most important. The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah suffered catastrophic damage from the 2019/20 bushfires that swept the nation.  Over 200 hectares of natural areas were extensively burnt as well as hundreds of plants within the Garden’s Living Collection. Profits from this bottle will help support the Garden’s horticultural and science staff rebuild and restore this crucial collection.
