Wedding Ceremony

Your wedding ceremony booking includes:

  • Three (3) hours at your selected ceremony location.
  • Three (3) hours equivalent time for the wet weather backup locations (Wollemi Room, Waratah Centre or Botanists Way Discovery Centre).
  • Wedding photography/filming permit during the Garden's opening hours on the day of your ceremony.
  • Signing table with two chairs and tablecloth, plus an additional eight (8) chairs for guests.
  • Reserved area signage and directional signage for guests.
  • Reserved car parking for guests in the P3 car park.

Wedding Photography

Wedding photography/filming permit - $280
Includes permit for for wedding photography/filming at a selected location or any location within the Garden not booked by another function.

Wedding Reception

Marquee Reception Venues

Formal Garden - $1700
Up to two (2) days assembled in the Formal Lawn. Price includes marquee to suit XXX guests. Other marquee sizes may result in additional costs.

Indoor Reception Venues

Restaurant

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package

Have both your wedding ceremony and reception on the Garden's Formal Lawn and save $200.

Combined wedding ceremony and reception - $2800

This package includes four (4) hours venue hire, dedicated Garden ranger, wedding photography permit, rubbish removal, transport from the car park to the venue for four (4) people, and six (6) reserved spaces in the car park.

Optional Extras

Please note all extras must be pre-booked or availability cannot be guaranteed.

Extend booking time at your selected venue - $130/hour, maximum extension of two (2) hours. If you require a longer booking, please call our friendly staff on (02) 4567 3000 to discuss your needs.

After hours security fee - $125/hour
This is required for all events held outside the Garden's opening hours, including receptions at the restaurant.

Garden shuttle transport for bridal party - $170
Transportation of bridal party from Visitor Centre to ceremony/reception location

Garden shuttle - $70/return
Transportation of guests from Visitor Centre to ceremony/reception location.

Vehicle escort - $70
Escort for wedding vehicles (cars, horse & cart, etc) through the Garden to ceremony venue.

Rubbish removal - $80
1x recycling bin and 1x rubbish bin.

Marquee site hire fee - $975
For installation of marquee on spaces other than the Formal Lawn.
