How does Eggs Benny, a delicious Breakfast Hot Pot, loaded Banana Bread with mascarpone cream, seasonal berries and toasted coconut as well as the Honey Ricotta with spiced poached pear, ricotta and sourdough drizzled with locally sourced honey sound?? Delicious! The new menu caters for all with various classics and signature dishes.
For lunch, The Potager Pie, changing daily, is a must, perfectly paired with a Hillbilly Cider as well as lighter options including Grilled Baby Barramundi with a crisp fennel, cabbage and Bilpin apple slaw.
There is also a tasting board for two designed to be shared and perfect for long lazy afternoons on the terrace overlooking Australia’s highest Botanic Garden with a McLaren Vale Rose in hand. To finish, the house Apple Pie features tender Bilpin apples encased in a flaky pastry and topped with a sweet oat crumb and double cream. It is a must to try!
The Potager Mount Tomah also caters for little ones with an entire breakfast and lunch menu dedicated to kids including Mini Hot Cakes, Bacon and Egg Rolls or a classic kids Cheeseburger and Chips.
