The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden has a range of venues for hire including garden sites, picnic shelters and function rooms.
The Garden is the perfect Mountain location for your function from conferences and events, to birthday parties and engagaement celebrations.

Extend Booking Time at your Selected Venue - $130/hour
Maximum extension of two (2) hours. If you require a longer booking, please call our friendly staff on (02) 4567 3000 to discuss your needs.
After Hours Security Fee - $130/hour
Required if function extends beyond the Garden's opening hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
Equipment transport - $75/run
From Visitor Centre to hire site and return.
Ranger Escort (The Beach ceremonies) - $75/run
For two bridal vehicles only from the main carpark to The Beach ceremony site.
