The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden has numerous venues for hire including garden sites, picnic shelters and function rooms.
The Garden is the perfect Mountains location for your function, birthday party, anniversary, engagement party, conference or any event.
Venue Hire Fees
All venues can be booked from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

- Includes use of double electric barbecues and half of the lawn area.
- All indoor venues include use of the room, kitchenette, dishwasher, tables, chairs, data projector and smart board.
- The selected number of picnic tables will be reserved for your use. Only available for bookings when the Kiosk is closed.
- Allows for cars to park together. E.G. useful for car clubs, etc.
Rubbish Removal - $80
1x recycling bin, 1x rubbish bin.
Extend Booking Time at your Selected Venue - $130/hour
Maximum extension of two (2) hours. If you require a longer booking, please call our friendly staff on (02) 4567 3000 to discuss your needs.
After Hours Security Fee - $125/hour
Required if function extends beyond the Garden's opening hours of 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Equipment transport - $70/run
From Visitor Centre to hire site and return.
Guest transport - $70/run
From Visitor Centre to hire site and return, per 10 people.
