Ian Brown has spent decades photographing the beauty of the Blue Mountains - from the tourist tracks and lookouts to the most remote wilderness. This exhibition reveals a selection of his work showing dramatic dawns and evening light over the vast valleys, misty forests, characterful trees, streams and stones. The collection is a powerful affirmation of the magnificence and value of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area.

Photographing Nature - a photography workshop with Ian Brown

Join Ian Brown for a hands on workshop on nature photography. Ian will introduce the basics such as subject selection, understanding nature, lighting, conditions and timing before heading out into the Garden for practical tips and assistance.

Enjoy regional produce, spectacular views and vivid autumn colours at TomahROMA, our annual autumn food and wine fair. Showcasing local produce and wines with plant sales, music and garden tours. This year's fair will also stage the International Back To Back Wool Challenge and the Apple Pie bake-off!

The International Back To Back Wool Challenge

Saturday, 2nd May 2015
The challenge is on to hand shear a sheep, spin the wool and knit a sweater in eight hours - from the back of the sheep to the back of the shearer! With a huge Apple Pie Bake-Off, fun with wool activities for kids and local produce stalls. A fundraiser for the Cancer Council NSW - gold coin donation.
